Whats involved, if we participate?

What does participating involved?

There are two parts to the research.

The first is completing the 2019 Business Giving Questionnaire.

We divided the questionnaire into two parts: a main questionnaire and a follow-up questionnaire. The main questionnaire will take, on average, 20 minutes to complete. The follow up questionnaire will take up to 10 minutes to complete. Depending on your time availability, we would love for you to complete both questionnaires.

The second part is the Business Giving Stories.

You can also choose to showcase your company’s Giving Story as a case study.  We are aiming to share giving stories from a range of companies and industries and provide some practical insights about running such activities. There are, however, only a limited number of spaces available for the Giving Stories. If the company would like to showcase its Giving Story, do let us know of your interest by completing the Enquiry Form.

What do the questions ask about?

The questionnaire is designed to provide a national picture of the size and scope of business giving in New Zealand and gain practical advice about starting up and implementing Business Giving Activities. In particular, the questions ask about (1) the type of business giving activities you do, (2) the contribution made to NZ through the company’s giving activities, and (3) practical insights about starting up /implementing Business Giving Activities.

How long will it take to complete the questionnaire?
