We are excited to say that our new platform has launched and is now LIVE!!
To our very patient, existing customers: we want to say thank you for bearing with us when things took a little longer than anticipated.
By the end of January you will receive an email from us, containing all of the information you will need before we launch. If you have not received that email, please check whether someone else within your organisation has – we apologise for not always having the correct contact person. If you are still not able to track the email down, please let us know your name and subscription information at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you all the information you need.
BUILD. Work began in May to transition a 25 year-old platform to a new one. We believe this stage will continue to the end of June.
TESTING. This period will probably cover most of July & August and include a number of customers who have volunteered to be a part of this vital stage.
- LAUNCH. At this stage, we envisage the new platform will be operational by early 2018. We will keep you up to date!
